Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the ROBOPOST application (operated together with the ONTradingX channel) collects, uses, stores, protects and deletes data, including data obtained through Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Graph API / Facebook Login policies.

1. Who we are

ROBOPOST is a social media content management and publishing tool used to create, schedule and publish posts (images and videos) on the Instagram account @ontradingx and related Robotly ecosystem features.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to:

• authenticated users of ROBOPOST;
• Instagram/Facebook accounts connected via Meta OAuth;
• technical data generated while using the app (logs, publishing status, media metadata).

3. Data we may collect

Depending on app usage and permissions granted in Meta, we may process:

• Meta/Instagram account data: Instagram page/user identifiers, username, access tokens and authentication validity;
• Publishing data: captions, media (images/videos), scheduling times, publishing status and media IDs returned by the API;
• App configuration data: themes, schedule preferences, quotas and content factory settings;
• Technical data: error logs, server/client IP addresses when needed for security, timestamps and failure diagnostics;
• Voluntarily provided data: texts, prompts and files uploaded by the user for generation/publishing.

We do not request unnecessary sensitive data. We do not sell personal data.

4. How we use the data

We use the data exclusively to:

• authenticate and maintain the Instagram/Facebook connection via official Meta APIs;
• create, schedule, publish and monitor content authorized by the user;
• operate the ROBOPOST content factory and media library;
• prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve service stability;
• comply with legal obligations and Meta platform requirements.

We do not use data obtained from Meta to improperly train third-party generative AI models, sell ads to third parties, or pursue purposes unrelated to the operation of the application.

5. Data sharing

We may share data only when necessary with:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram): for authentication and publishing via Graph API, according to permissions granted by the user;
• Infrastructure providers: hosting of the server where ROBOPOST runs, with restricted access;
• Authorities: when there is a valid legal obligation.

We do not sell, rent or commercialize users' personal data. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Protection of user data

We take data protection seriously. We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or improper destruction, including:

• storage of tokens and settings in a controlled server environment;
• restricted access to application files and services;
• use of HTTPS connections on the public ROBOPOST domain;
• least-privilege principle: we process only what is necessary for authorized functions;
• review of logs and failures to detect improper use.

Despite safeguards, no system is 100% risk-free. In the event of a relevant security incident involving personal data, we will take appropriate containment and communication measures under applicable law.

7. Data retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Meta tokens are kept while the account remains connected. Published content and metadata may be retained for operational history and internal audit, and may be deleted upon user request, unless otherwise required by law.

8. User rights and data deletion

You may request:

• access to the information we keep about your account;
• correction of inaccurate data;
• revocation of the Instagram/Facebook connection (app disconnection);
• deletion of personal data stored by ROBOPOST.

To request deletion or exercise your rights, email ontradingx@gmail.com with the subject "ROBOPOST Data Deletion", including your Instagram/Facebook username and a contact email. We will respond within 30 days.

You may also remove the app authorization directly in your Meta/Facebook/Instagram account settings (Apps and Websites / Permissions).

9. Children's data

ROBOPOST is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, which is the age of majority in Brazil. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information.

10. Meta compliance

Use of Meta APIs and data complies with the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies and Instagram policies. In particular:

• we use the data only to provide the service authorized by the user;
• we do not transfer Meta data to unauthorized third parties;
• we respect granted permissions and the user's right to revoke them;
• we protect access tokens and do not expose them publicly.

11. Legal bases (LGPD)

Where Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) applies, processing may be based on: performance of a contract/service requested by the user, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest for system security and stability, always with appropriate safeguards.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The current version will always be published at this URL. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
